Winter Training

Join us for indoor winter training. We will be training up to 5 days/week at Ridgeline Rowing from 4:15-5:45 on Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:15-6:30 Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Indoor rowing training isn’t just for rowers! It’s a great way to cross train and supplement any sport that requires endurance and strength.

Winter training is included for all rowers who participate in our regular “on water” seasons.

We will train on rowing machines ("ergs") and also do body circuits and other strength building activities. If you do the work, you're guaranteed to get fit!

Training starts November 13th and runs through the end of February. We will take a break from December 19th - January 2nd.

If you didn’t row with us this fall, you can try rowing during our dryland winter training by registering below. If you decide to join us for our Spring water season, you will receive a $180 credit towards Spring.
